By paying the participation fee (325€ + 25% VAT), you’ll secure your spot for this special event. Please complete your payment by February 28 to guarantee your place. Starting March 1, we will begin offering any open spots to those on the waiting list.

Information about VAT
Due to international tax rules when organizing an event (the GG is seen as an event) tax is needed to be added in the country where the event takes place.
If the buyer is a foreign company that is not, and should not be, registered for VAT in Sweden (e.g., a company registered for VAT in the Netherlands), the buyer, if located in an EU country, can apply for a refund of the Swedish VAT (charged for the ticket to the Global Gathering) under the rules for reclaiming foreign VAT. This is done through an application via the tax authority in the EU country where the buyer is established (e.g., through the tax authority in the Netherlands). If the buyer is a company in a non-EU country, such as Norway or the UK, the refund application is made directly to the Swedish Tax Agency. Refunds are granted if the company would have been subject to VAT if the business had been conducted in Sweden. (Source: PwC February 2025)
